The planning redesign and construction detailing of new build office and commercial units on the fringes of the Kelham Island conservation area on a triangular petrol station site. To satisfy the clients increased lettable floor area requirements, whilst in construction the scheme was planning redesigned and construction detailed to accept the addition of a lightweight third storey. The approved scheme was subsequently delivered without delay for Coda studios.
