The design, detailing and delivery of an award winning split level family dwelling on a woodland surrounded site for Coda studios . Designed around the living accommodation the building is divided into three distinct blocks differently shaped and externally clad. A stone fronted entrance block incorporating, garaging utility and kitchen. A rendered 2 storey block incorporating sleeping accommodation and a hardwood timber clad drum incorporating a double height living space with mezzanine study. The fenestration design was inspired by partial views through the woodland behind and frames views, maintains privacy and creates attractive internal natural lighting.

Each contender was chosen for their innovation, sustainability and excellence in design.
